Building stronger communities through each connection.
Community Connections of California helps strengthen families and neighborhoods by linking people to essential resources, trusting relationships, and lasting opportunities for stability and growth. We use a person-centered approach that respects each person’s strengths and needs and works with local nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, employers, and government agencies to remove barriers to housing, jobs, education, and behavioral health care.
We combine direct services: case management, peer support, workforce programs, and family-focused help, with advocacy so community voices shape programs and policies. Our services are culturally responsive and trauma-informed, use proven methods, and are regularly measured to improve outcomes.
We aim for long-term selfsufficiency, not just short-term relief, by creating paths to education and careers, building social supports, and promoting safe, healthy, economically mobile communities. Guided by compassion, accountability, and collaboration, we help people achieve independence, healing, and lasting stability.
